Return or exchange is accepted within 14 days from delivery date. Buyer pays for return shipping cost. Refund will be issued after the artwork is returned to us in the same condition in which it was received.

What is giclee printing?

Giclee printing is a type of inkjet printing process that uses professional grade large format printer with archival quality ink and substrates. If properly cared for, a giclee print should last 100 years or more without significant fading or changing color.

What is archival grade?

An archival grade giclee print must use acid free 100% cotton paper or acid and optical brightening agents free canvas with pigment-based inks. This standard is also widely used by museums and galleries.

What type of paper, canvas do you use?

At Shulin Sun Studio, we only use archival grade fine art papers and canvases made by highly reputable manufactures. The papers are 100% cotton and acid free and the canvases are also acid free and use no optical brightening agents.

What type of printer and inks do you use?

We use the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4000 printer with pigment-based 12-color Canon LUCIA PRO ink set. This combination is engineered for superb color reproduction, stunning image clarity and enhanced contrast.

The printer, inks and substrates we chose ensure the best possible representation of the original artwork and longevity of the print.
